Overview
Kodo Booking is a web app for booking rehearsal rooms. Bands can see when a room is free and reserve it, and admins manage users through roles and permissions.
I started it as a personal project to try building a full application with coding agents. Several local bands use it today.
Building it with agents
I built it with Claude Code, and used it to try Superpowers, a suite of agent skills for brainstorming, writing plans, sub-agent driven development, TDD and code reviews.
I started by making a spec for the MVP, and then implemented each new feature as a new step.
Stack
It's built with Next.js and TypeScript. Accounts and sessions go through Auth.js, and the data lives in PostgreSQL, accessed through Prisma. Tests run on Vitest, and it's hosted on Vercel.
My involvement
- Designed and built the whole application with coding agents, from the database to the UI.
